Chiminea Nights

Joshy and I enjoyed some spaghetti, wine and chiminea time over the weekend.  The fire got a bit out of hand as you can see in the pictures below.  I loved the geometric nature of the flames that seem to archaic and natural.

Stormy sunset

It was a cold day today.  It was only 34 degrees when I drove to work this morning.  After work I had to run some errands.  I was walking out of the shopping center and noticed what a striking sunset was occurring. 

The last few pictures seem to be God's brush strokes painting a lovely sunset. 

Easter Weekend

I received this lovely birthday cake made of flowers!

On Friday I had some down time before we went to church.  I enjoyed the sunshine.  Pistol enjoyed going on an expedition through our very tall grass.  She made the funniest whooshing sound as she ran through the tall grass. She did look like she was on the hunt in some of these.

Little did I know that L.A. is surrounding by gentle sloping "mountains".  I loved the views.
